Our manufacturing facility is equipped with a child care center to encourage young mothers to join the workforce and a doctor’s office to resolve medical emergencies. Furthermore, the factory includes personal locker facilities, a dining hall and a bicycling parking zone for our workers. Additional facilities, including school, mosque and bus stop, are within mere 500 meters from the factory.

Environment

Our commitment towards the environment has been one of our key principles from the moment the company was envisaged. As a manufacturer, we continue to implement features and initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint.

Rainwater recycling and efficient water fixture have been installed to minimize water wastage. In addition, windows and louvers were specifically designed to maximize the use of natural daylight. Moreover, the construction of the manufacturing facility used mostly locally sourced materials to minimize the impact of international transportation and utilized recycled materials as much as possible. Our company also continue to undertake strong initiatives to recycle fabric waste into our own production or alternatively, supply them to other production companies. Finally, the factory features adequate open area adorned with plentiful vegetation to enhance its natural beauty and provide mental comfort to our employees.

At NASA Hitech Style Ltd., protecting the health and safety of all individuals affected by our activities, including our employees, contractors and the local community, is paramount to our values as a company, and we are unyielding about our commitment to provide a safe working environment and foster safe working practices.

Our manufacturing facility is certified to cover extremely high magnitudes of seismic activity and all our electrical components are installed, tested and regularly maintained according to international standards to avoid any sort of accident. Furthermore, the factory is not only equipped with high quality fire protection system with a central monitoring cell, but also provides sufficient firefighting equipment at numerous areas in the facility and adequate space with appropriate signs for emergency movement. Lastly, a dedicated firefighter unit is continually developed to act as a first responder team in case of fire hazards.

Machineries

Training Center

At NASA Hitech Style Ltd., we operate an internal training facility to provide trainees with the technical and social skills required to improve their employment opportunity in the industry. This is particularly targeted towards empowering young and underprivileged women in the surrounding community. Since most trainees are retained by the company afterwards, this process significantly benefits our company through improved performance.

Store Management

Our installation of advanced store management facilities in our manufacturing facility – which includes modern inventory management software and two-storied racking system – enables us to keep fabrics, materials and accessories in an organized and easily accessible manner.

Washing Plant

NASA Hitech Style Ltd. is associated with our very own washing plant, which is capable of satisfying not only our internal requirements, but also other external customers, and is proficient at handling a wide variety of special washes. In accordance with our commitment to the environment, our washing facility is equipped with a fully functional Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) to minimize its negative environmental impact.
